What is Mindfulness & Mindset?
Mindfulness can be generally defined as the practice of purposefully bringing one’s complete attention to the current moment. Sustained emphasis on mindfulness can increase cognitive flexibility and behavioral flexibility, bolstering the ability to adapt to oneโs current environment in a meaningful and productive manner. Mindset refers to the intentional application of mindfulness concepts.
Practical Mindfulness
At Inspirica Pros, our mindfulness programs focus on the academic applications of attentional awareness and meditation.ย Coaches will elucidate the relationship between mind, body, and academic performance, as well as providing tips to boost attention and reduce stress.
Age Groups
We provide Mindfulness & Mindset courses led by tutors with experience specific to the following age groups:

One-on-One Programs
